From School Year 2022–2023 to 2024–2025, Manuel Lugod Central School recorded a gradual decrease in reported bullying cases, from 9 cases in 2022–2023 to 6 cases in each of the following two years. This decline suggests the effectiveness of the school's anti-bullying interventions. One key measure was the strengthening of the Child Protection Committee (CPC), which actively monitored incidents, conducted case conferences, and engaged parents when necessary. The school also launched anti-bullying awareness campaigns, including orientations on Republic Act No. 10627 (Anti-Bullying Act), and displayed visual reminders throughout the campus to promote a culture of respect. In addition, regular guidance sessions and peer counseling were conducted to teach empathy and positive social behavior. Teachers received training to help them recognize early signs of bullying and apply appropriate interventions. Strong collaboration with parents through PTA meetings and open communication further reinforced the school's efforts. These combined strategies have helped create a safer, more supportive learning environment for all students.
