One Madrasah teacher is currently assigned to the school under a contractual scheme. However, enrollment in the Madrasah program remains low compared to other schools offering the same initiative. To address this, the school aims to increase enrollment by actively encouraging Muslim learners and their parents—especially from schools that do not offer the Madrasah program—to consider enrolling at Manuel Lugod Central School, where faith-based education is integrated and supported.
