From School Year 2019–2020 to 2025–2026, Manuel Lugod Central School enrolled a total of 55 Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL), consisting of 26 males and 29 females. Enrollment peaked in SY 2019–2020 and again in SY 2022–2023, with 12 CICL students each year, followed by a steady decline in the subsequent years. By SY 2025–2026, no CICL students were enrolled. This downward trend may reflect the positive outcomes of community-based interventions, rehabilitation efforts, and strengthened child protection initiatives aimed at preventing minors from becoming or returning as CICL. The school’s consistent acceptance and support of CICL over the years demonstrate its commitment to inclusive education and its vital role in the reintegration and empowerment of vulnerable youth.
