Although Manuel Lugod Central School lacks specialized programs for Indigenous Peoples (IP), it remains a welcoming and inclusive environment. Despite the North III District being the designated IP education center, the school continues to support and accommodate IP students who choose to enroll, ensuring they receive equal opportunities to learn and succeed.
